Returns

Here at Our Kindred Collective we understand shopping online for your little ones can be hard. If you receive an item that is the wrong size we are happy to exchange or issue a store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. If an item is faulty we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

If your order has not been shipped yet and you wish to cancel your order please email us straight away so we can cancel and refund before it has shipped.

To proceed with a return please send us an email at hello@ourkindredcollective.com.au 

Returns will be processed once we have received the item and the item has been inspected and is in new condition and still in original packaging.

Please note Our Kindred Collective is not responsible for the return shipping cost.
